Waste water Treatment

The challenge:

Water utilities often discharge untreated wastewater during floods or malfunctions, and traditional treatment plants use mechanical and chemical processes that consume large amounts of energy

Our Solution

We offer modular, distributed wastewater treatment systems that combine biological anaerobic and aerobic processes with bio‑film support. By following four principles—prevent pollution at the source, collect and treat wastewater for reuse, recover useful by‑products and ensure community sustainability—we achieve pollutant reductions of 80–95 %. Our systems are designed for plug‑and‑play installation, enabling rapid deployment and scalability.

Benefits

List
Resource Recovery

Our seeded cartridges precipitate phosphorus and nitrogen as struvite, transforming pollutants into valuable fertiliser

List
Low Energy Consumption

Biological processes reduce reliance on energy‑intensive mechanical equipment

List
Modularity & Scalability

Facilities can be sized for communities of any scale and expanded as needed

List
Community Resilience

Cleaner water reduces disease, protects local ecosystems and supports economic development

Current Status & Roadmap

We are constructing a pilot plant at PCC Bantug in 2027, expected to generate ~£2 million in revenue and serve as a showcase for additional installations. Field tests for seeded cartridges will inform version 2.0, with plans to roll out systems to 3–5 additional sites in the Philippines and West Africa in the following years
