About

Renewable energy harnessed from solar power offers a sustainable and eco-friendly solution to meet the worlds.

About Us

Creating a Carbon-Neutral Tomorrow

Intelligent Tomorrow Ltd was founded to address two urgent challenges: wastewater pollution and carbon‑intensive energy. Water utilities worldwide discharge untreated wastewater during floods and malfunctions, while conventional treatment relies on energy‑intensive, centralized infrastructure.

At the same time, off‑grid communities and industries depend on diesel generators and fossil fuels, exacerbating greenhouse‑gas emissions

Inspired by these problems, civil and environmental engineer and sustainable‑finance expert Oladipupo (Dipo) Wintoki gathered a team of researchers and engineers to translate laboratory breakthroughs into scalable technologies.

Discriminating Competencies (What Sets ITL Apart)

1. Integrated Waste-to-Energy Platform: ITL uniquely combines nutrient recovery, wastewater treatment, and clean energy generation into a single, circular model—transforming environmental liabilities into economic assets.

2. Commercialisation of Academic Research: Strong partnerships with leading institutions enable ITL to translate research into deployable, revenue-generating solutions, reducing the gap between innovation and execution.

3. Infrastructure Financing Expertise: Led by deep investment banking experience, ITL embeds innovative financing structures (blended finance, project finance, PPP models) into its solutions—addressing one of the biggest barriers to infrastructure deployment.

4. Emerging Market Execution Capability: Proven ability to originate, structure, and execute projects in complex environments such as Nigeria and the Philippines, leveraging strong government and local partnerships.

5. Modular and Scalable Technology Design: ITL’s solutions are designed to be decentralised, modular, and rapidly deployable, allowing flexible scaling across different geographies and use cases.

6. Multi-Revenue Model: Revenue is generated across technology deployment, energy generation, nutrient recovery, and long-term service agreements, ensuring diversified and sustainable income streams.

7. First-Mover Advantage in Circular Bio-Economy Applications: With proprietary processes and IP (including nutrient recovery systems), ITL is positioned at the forefront of circular economy solutions in developing markets.

Looking ahead

Over the next three years we aim to scale nutrient‑recovery solutions to multiple sites in the Philippines and West Africa, expand into new African markets (Kenya, Ghana), manufacture cartridges and modular plants in Southeast Asia and Africa, and establish EnergyCo to manage solar and hydrogen projects.

Our medium‑term strategy also involves commercialising graphene‑oxide products, pursuing carbon‑credit accreditation and diversifying our funding sources
